Join us this Sunday for our 2020 kick off meeting. We start the year by welcoming Dw Schoenthal from BlueGreenHorizon Bee Rescue. Dw's talk, "Early never hurts and Late never works!" will discuss prepping for swarms, traps and other historical methods. Many members may be familiar with Dw from Facebook where he's a regular contributor. He is also known for amazing cutouts he performs throughout the year.

The Board has been very busy planningĀ and we're excited to say we have a great year ahead. We've expanded our class offerings, scheduled some very interesting speakersĀ and have bees for sale!

Our website is now updated for the 2020 season. Just a reminder that all memberships expire at the end of the year. Members will need to renew their membership and create new website credentials to get back onto the website. Class discounts, buying bees and the swarm hotline are all member benefits. So be sure to join or renew your membership first before logging on to sign up.

It's time to register your hives for 2020. Members can easily register their hives by clicking the link on our resource page.

Don't forget our raffle. All re-gifted, gently used or plant donations are greatly appreciated. Receive a free raffle ticket for every donated item you bring. Our club store will also be open. We have new tee-shirts for sale along with our hats, tote bags, mite wash cups and pollen patties.

After the meeting many members head to Placerville Brewing Company for dinner and more bee conversation. Join us there!

See everyone at the meeting!

We had a great time at the parade. Thanks to all who came out. Just a reminder, there will be no potluck or club meeting as was listed in the calendar.

We are currently updating our website which will soon be ready for 2020 membership, class sign ups, as well as bee orders. Members will receive an email when the 2020 offerings are available. Remember, memberships are for the calendar year and current members will need to sign up again.

See everyone next year!
